This is a relaxed, welcoming space, no prior experience needed! Whether you’re looking for a creative way to de-stress, explore a new passion, or just learn something fascinating, this workshop is the perfect place to start.

What to expect
Here is a rough breakdown of the day:
- 10:00- Arrival
- 10:15- Introduction to sound
- 11:00- Playing techniques
- 12:00- Lunch
- 12:45- Sound Bath
- 14:00- Group Playing Session
What To Bring
No need to bring a thing, everything you need for the day will be provided, including all instruments, yoga mats, and any other materials.
Plus, we’ll treat you to a delicious lunch to keep you energised and refreshed throughout the workshop. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and an open mind!
What To Wear?
Comfort is key . . . We advise you to bring whatever you need for you to be warm, cosy & snug. We will be sitting on the floor for most of the activities so ensure the trousers you wear are soft and flexible.
Please wear warm clothes, fluffy socks etc, whatever you need, your body temp will drop once you relax and settle into the session.
