Events, Workshops & Sound Baths
All bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred with notice.
If you can no longer attend:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may transfer to another event (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- You are very welcome to gift your place to a friend if you cannot attend — email in advance with their name.
If an event needs to be rescheduled or cancelled by me, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to another date.
Please arrive on time where possible. Once a session has begun, late entry may not always be possible as it can disrupt the group experience. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the space being created.
Sound Healing Trainings & Professional Courses
These trainings are intentionally small and prepared with great care. Your booking secures one of a limited number of places.
Deposits
- All training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Your place on a training is secured once the deposit has been received.
Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than three weeks prior to the training start date.
- If the balance is not received by this time, your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and your deposit will be retained.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your place:
- More than 21 days before training: you may transfer to a future training date (one transfer permitted).
- Within 21 days of training, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Non-attendance on the day is non-refundable.
If a Training Must Be Rescheduled
In the unlikely event that a training needs to be postponed or cancelled, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a new date.
