Booking & Cancellations Policy

• When confirming an appointment online, you may be charged as €25 deposit fee.
• Please note for all appointments, in the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to appointment a cancellation fee equal to the reserved service booking will incur.
• No Shows will be charged 100%.
• In the event that I have to cancel a 1-1 session or group session a full refund or credit note will be issued.
